Company Profile....Hello, my name is Jim Malak, I am the owner of Mint Construction, Inc. and have been in the construction business for 28 years. I have been Building, Renovating and Remodeling homes here in the Mount Dora area for 15 years. I have recently completed my continuing Education in Solar Photovoltaic Systems and I am a Certified Energy Gauge Rater. This is to offer my Customers the latest in "Green Technology " I am a Certified General Contractor for the State of Florida, Licensed and Insured. I am also a member of the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, National Home Builders Association of Lake County and Energy Star Building Partner. We take pride in our work, specializing in Custom Work, Renovations, Restorations & Additions. Residential and Commercial. No job is too big or too small. We find that we do the work that no one else wants to do, and we do it right the first time.
